1. Credible- Type that has been promoted and accepted all over the world.
2. Prosperity- Increases income and welfare of its members from top to bottom,
3. Main Profit-Success is determined from work in the form of sale/purchase of products valuable useful to consumers.
4. Franchise Rights-Each person is only entitled to be one Independent Business Owner (IBO)
5. Profits- IBO profits are calculated on the basis of sales results of its network.
6. Recruitment-The number of IBOs recruited is not restricted, but is recommended in accordance with each IBO's capacity and capability to manage.
7. Supplies- Each IBO is strongly discouraged and even forbidden to pile up goods because direct sale of the product for its efficacy and usefulness by its consumers is most important.
8. IBO Mentoring- IBO coaching is important to maintain high quality IBOs.
9. Product Mentoring- Mentoring product is very important to increase consumer product sales.
10. Downline Improvement-Every IBO is very determined to increase the quality of its downline. Success is determined by successful upline and downline.
11. Opportunity-Every IBO knows the opportunity increases when the IBO builds a network.
By contrast, Pyramids have none of these attributes and are more like "gambling" than a business.
